a 50% improvement sees them "only" lose to a 160 seat majorityJust a few short years ago the Germans were smugly laughing at the previous US President as he warned of the dangers of energy dependence on Russia, now they are advising their citizens to wash their balls and armpits and prepare for a long hard Winter. A week is a long time in politics, two years is an eternity, so I wouldn't be counting your chickens just yet....
You're brave...Once, for Boris and because of Brexit.
What a fucking calamitous mistake that was.
You're brave...
350 seat majority - that conference will be a bloodbath - can you imagine the glum faces on the delegates
I desperately want to agree with you, but have lived through so much electoral disappointment that it wouldn't surprise me if they somehow claw it back.
As a side note, whilst that map would be fantastic, I'd actually love to see the Lib Dems do really well to force Labour's hand on electoral reform. Without it, I can imagine 5 years of Labour and then back to another stint of being fucked over by the Tories.
Amen brother54% of the vote and 86% of the seats. What an undemocratic fucking joke FPTP really is.
My area is staunch tory, full of pensioners , never going to change so you are not quite right with your mapView attachment 56933
This is a more accurate picture .... with the SNP becoming the party in opposition.
And an extra minimum 3% on mortgages, so far.Just a gentle reminder that it only cost us £65 billion to get back to where we were.
