It is long past time we had politics education started in schools. We must at least try to educate people on how it works.

My headmaster in the early 60s was a Labour Councillor, he introduced workplace visits which included Mather and Platt, Platt Brother's and Hawker Siddeley.It is long past time we had politics education started in schools. We must at least try to educate people on how it works.
Whilst doing aircraft tech at college part of the syllabus was dedicated to politics. Thankfully most tutors had bolshevik tendencies.
Well, that's another Tory reform. You can't be an employee of the council and be elected as a councillor for that council. when I went to my dentist who is Romanian today I asked him when he came here did he think he was coming to a circus. He said no but his honest opinion was that Romanian politics post communism was full of people that were in it to make money but the Tories were something else
