We shouldn't be allowing people in just to serve us and do menial tasks, but a vocal minority do want that.

I don't term these jobs menial, the people who want their coffee served or their backsides wiped on the cheap decide that.
People aren't just coming here just to work either are they? At a push visas and then enforce the visas if people overstay, would you agree with that?

If they are coming for work and don't already have residence or citizenship rights (e.g. dual nationality or spousal visa) then they'll be on work permits.
On someone's work permit and identity cards it says what work they can and cannot do.
Where do you think work permits are being abused?

and do it all from the NHS waiting list you are on and if you live in Cumbria then the orchard of England (Kent) is a short daily commute away ( Note must be done in an EV coz if you all do it in your diesel car we have no chance of hitting net zero targets )
