The Conservative Party

I am struggling to work this out. Are they using this just to attack the Govt ( because the fact that they ignored their own 8 year £200m enquiry that had 20 recommendations which was launched on the day Truss quit as PM, talk about burying bad news ) or given the collapse in their finances are they hoping for some Musk money themselves?

The first one. I can't even imagine how racist they'd have to be to get Musk to give them money.

Well they made a pretty good start taking it from a racist so it probably doesn't take much to edge into new territory.

"Frank Hester, who has given £10m to the Tories in the past year, said in the meeting that he did not hate all black women. But he said that seeing Abbott, who is Britain’s longest-serving black MP, on TV meant “you just want to hate all black women because she’s there”

I asked Sunak about Hester on an LBC phone in during the election campaign as every candidate used and was therefore tainted by this money. Guess what, even to a normal voter on a phone in, he refused to answer the question and Nick Ferrari failed to push him on it.

I was thinking more that Musk appears to have gone off Farage, now that he's discovered Tommy Robinson.

No matter how grim the Tories have become, that's still a huge step.
