The Conservative Party

No I haven’t. Do you have a link

I think it was reported genuinely in the belief that it was true, and the Sun were straight with their report (the one that was linked to to contrast reporting). At some point, the Finnish government issued a rebuttal statement on the story.
That doesn't mean it wasn't initially reported in the belief that it was genuine.

Thanks to both.

Have you read it ?

The following is particularly interesting

It follows a 2015 trial in Sweden that found working only six hours a day increased productivity. Results showed employees were happier, wealthier and more productive.

In November, Microsoft Japan introduced a three-day weekend for employees and productivity went up by almost 40 per cent.

In fairness I think it would work better in some industries more than others. A few companies have tried it in mine and it’s been a massive success. Don’t quite understand the open hostility to it tbh. If it can be shown to work, why wouldn’t everyone be supportive of a better work life balance.

Facts?

You're the one who came on here and posted about Finland introducing a 4 day week yet when it's been pointed out to you that this isn't true, not a peep from you about it.

You're a fucking joke, you really are :-D

How would this work in the building trade, or any manufacturing industry?
When people are paid based on production of units, how does drastically reducing the production time
mean increased productivity.?
If it was so wonderful, why aren't all businesses implementing it? After all, they don't need forcing, they can unilaterally do it.
If the presumption of a 4 day week equals increased productivity, why not have a 3 day week?
It's more bullshit mate.

You just get a few hours respite, then the next Twatter post hits his phone and more unreconstructed claptrap
gets put on here.
I'm thinking the bloke's a WUM, if he is, he's had us lot, for sure, so fair play to him.
