The Conservative Party

Have you ever stopped and thought about the fact that you’re incredibly bitter and blinkered in your political views?

There are decent MP’s in all parties.

Most Tories want the same thing as you, a happy and prosperous country, they just disagree on the method of getting to that.

Politics doesn’t have to be “us vs them” every single day you know?

The Tory leadership are useless, absolutely useless, but not all of their MP’s are, nor are all of their MP’s and followers indecent people.

Fucking political football man, I can’t stand it.
It’s this us v them paranoia, hatred for people due to their political leanings and only having a willingness to vote for the same party every election regardless, that basically leaves other people to decide the elections.
You also find people so entrenched in this hatred for the ‘other party’ are incapable of actually presenting a positive argument/case for their own party. They then resort to slagging others off who don’t agree with them which actually has the opposite effect.
Bit sad really

I’m denying any of that, I’m denying “there’s no decent Tories”.

I can’t imagine what it’s like to despise so many people because they disagree with me.

It’s fucking sad to be honest.

I am sure at some point in the past you have stated you hate or despise communism and ardent communist.

So you can imagine what it's like if this is the case.

Unless you are saying there isn't any decent communists so it is a different set of rules for how to view them.

British conservatism traditional values

  • Royalist
  • Unionist
  • Capitalist
  • Property ownership as a form of social order and class basis
  • Anglicanism
  • The traditional family
Little changes added under thatcher

  • Free market economy
  • Privatisation of national and state assets
  • Globalisation
  • Deregulation
  • Austerity where necessary
This lot however seem to want the old torys of the elite while not understanding it aint 1840 anymore and maggies neolisbralist vision fell to shit at the first sign of an economic global crisis.

Pretty much a shot show or a directionless fuckwittery by a group of idiots who really don't care as they are well off enough to get through it all unscathed while us peasant get fucked over.

Todays Conservative Party is the most Nationalist it has ever been, that is certain. It is closer to parties like the American Republicans, German AfD, VOX in Spain and Likud than it ever was to the One Nation Conservatism of the likes of Hesletine, Clark and even Cameron.

In short though, they are all cunts.

They are just playing on English nationaism which has become a lot stronger a passion then britishness amongst a lot who feel ignored.

I have always said the biggest failure of New Labour was when they devolved the union they didn't create an English parmliament alongside the scottish and welsh ones, it helped build a sense of abandoment and this rise in nationalism and english exceptionalism which has allowed such bellends to get power

Four devolved bodies for each nation each repeaping the rewards of thier own nation and governing with a british council chosen by each parliament to oversee unified interests like defence, global trade and such.

The Union should have been a federation of vested interest after devolution, not the mess it is now.

I see you got a like from the poster I pulled up on this bless him, he doesn’t have the bollocks to actually reply to me.

Anyway, I don’t despise Marx nor Engels, nor the concept of communism in what it’s trying to do. There are plenty of people that support Marx’s doctrine that are decent and think it’ll work.

I cannot stand it being put into practice as it patently doesn’t work. Nobody has ever arrived at the end game of what communism should become, because getting there means poverty and death and corruption and millions of dead bodies.

My post was talking about socialism, vs liberalism, vs conservatism though and not the extreme fringes. There’s absolutely no reason people should automatically hate each other because they support any of the above three and because they’re a Labour supporter or Tory.

It’s pathetic, divisive, arrogant and sad.

Its human nature plus sociology we are not evolved enough as a species to not be cunts at some poimt of not hate

If it isn't politics then it is something else.

Our society teaches people very young to dislike and distrust certain things as we grow older we choose purselves what those things are.

Besides you are being too literal, I can say I despise tories or ACAB or all rags are cunts, as some here can say I hate communist, but no one actually will and will onow peolpe they get along with who are such as the above.

I can name specific tories I despise easily and liberals too, but in a general conversation people tend to just use the collective name tory, labour etc rather than list everyone they individually hate.

But I am sure in the past you have stated you hate comminist/communism as a generalisation, so tbf we all do it generalise doesn't mean it is a set mindset of hatred of a thing.

Saying a general term like the Tories are cunts is fine, I’d probably agree with you, but he didn’t do that, he was specific in saying “there are no decent Tories”.

If you said the Tories are cunts and someone asked if you thought every single one of them, you’d probably say no.

He didn’t, he was specific and it’s that I cannot stand in politics or football or any aspect of life.

The problem being the English aren't going to be prepared to give the Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish an equal footing. A British council would fall down over the bickering of representation.

I think allowing communities to go into disrepair, decades of under investment and generally woeful education, the lack of protections for local communities to preserve their identity, MPs parachuted in to win seats who do little for their own community have contributed.

The local industry disappearing which tied the community together, gives everyone a role and purpose but also ties them dependently to it, putting different backgrounds in a community in the same boat and thus uniting them and thus helping to prevent ideological splits and a "them and us" mentality which breeds resentment and discrimination. A celebrity culture and 24/7 news media that survives on hatred and fear and the echo chambers of social media and the subsequent validation of everyone's views and feelings as equal to facts and the basic fundamentals of human society unravelled are bigger factors.

Thomas Sankara in Burkina Faso (President from: 1983–1987) Assassinated in a plot by the CIA

  • “He vaccinated 2.5 million children against meningitis, yellow fever and measles in a matter of weeks.
  • He initiated a nation-wide literacy campaign, increasing the literacy rate from 13% in 1983 to 73% in 1987.
  • He planted over 10 million trees to prevent desertification
  • He built roads and a railway to tie the nation together, without foreign aid
  • He appointed females to high governmental positions, encouraged them to work, recruited them into the military, and granted pregnancy leave during education.
  • He outlawed female genital mutilation, forced marriages and polygamy in support of Women’s rights
  • He sold off the government fleet of Mercedes cars and made the Renault 5 (the cheapest car sold in Burkina Faso at that time) the official service car of the ministers.
  • He reduced the salaries of all public servants, including his own, and forbade the use of government chauffeurs and 1st class airline tickets.
  • He redistributed land from the feudal landlords and gave it directly to the peasants. Wheat production rose in three years from 1700 kg per hectare to 3800 kg per hectare, making the country food self-sufficient.
  • He opposed foreign aid, saying that “he who feeds you, controls you.”
  • He spoke in forums like the Organization of African Unity against continued neo-colonialist penetration of Africa through Western trade and finance. • He called for a united front of African nations to repudiate their foreign debt. He argued that the poor and exploited did not have an obligation to repay money to the rich and exploiting
  • In Ouagadougou, Sankara converted the army’s provisioning store into a state-owned supermarket open to everyone (the first supermarket in the country).
  • He forced civil servants to pay one month’s salary to public projects.”

Tbf he was acused of allowing extrajudicial killings between 1985 -87 and yes he did summmary arreest and detain those opposed to him, he had deemed were terrorosts against the state his reforms in his later years.

So he was no saint.

Assassinated in a plot by the CIA.

The leader of that plot then ruled for 27 years, opressing political opinion, rigging elections and helping charles taylor gain power

There we go then.

There we go then.

I would contest what he introduced, and then all reversed was better than the reign of Blaise Compaore and the state of Burkina Faso.

His refusal of foriegn aid and his call for Africa to shake off it's dependence on the 1st world and colonial past inspired many

Trump, Farage, Fox, Johnson et al, all depend on echo chambers that thrive on hatred, fear and an alternative reality where their ‘facts’ are not really facts.

They also circumvent the game by making or living by their own rules, and ignoring the actual rules that apply to everyone else. The con is making people believe otherwise. It’s a successful con until reality finally catches up with them and everyone else wakes up to the fact that they are neck deep in shite.

Of course the abandonment of the now deindustrialised areas and decimation of cummunity spirit was the biggest factor.

But delvoling power to the other nations while not to England has left many feeling the English has no voice, which farage, johnson and others have exploited.

But they have ... despite the odds against them .... look at Cuba

Highest literacy rate in the world.

More doctors per Capita than anywhere else in the world

all the west does is impose more and more sanctions

After Katrina

Offered to send doctors to help .... America refused because ..... Communism

After Haiti ... sent doctors to help

Covid 19 .... sent doctors to help all around the world.

All Trump did was to impose more sanctions.

Socialism doesn't get a chance because the Capitalists are scared of it. (but they're happy to take handouts from the Government)
