The Conservative Party

No chance. Farage is surrounded by incompetence and racism. He has nothing to offer other than divisive BS.

The tory machine knows this and they will fight hard to stop it.
Starmer has pinched the centre right so unless he has been telling huge porkies I don't know what direction they can head toward.

Holy Fuck! 4,072,947 people voted for him. Including many many decent people of high standing. Are they all "Gammon?"

Didn't you say there were too many not-rights in that party?

If Farage isn't responsible for a ltd company that he's the majority owner of, surely he's unfit to become PM?

‘Decent’ people don’t vote for a far right, grifting, lying racist.
Decent people don’t want division and hatred to spread across the country they want stability and a government that will try and fix the mess your party of self serving cunts have left behind.
Now, why don’t you prove you’re a man of your word and pop off to whichever country you claim you’re moving to instead of chatting a lot of shit as usual.

Probably a mix of racists, dim wits, old people, protest votes and a mixture of all.

You’re 100% better than a guy like Farage, mate. He’s a complete phony who just plays on the fears of people.

After World War 2 and the rise of Hitler, they even created a video to teach people to stop and avoid people like him…

Suggestion last night was that Sunak will do the first PMQ, and then there's the summer break.

After that, someone else will take over on an interim basis - Hunt maybe as he has ruled himself out of being leader permanently. He can cover most things ably enough, including responding to the King's Speech on 17 July.

Then they can get consider someone permanent in for the budget (probably mid-late September, as it takes 10 weeks for the OBR to provide an assessment), or let Hunt do it.

What are the new Tory MPs like? Has anyone written anything about any of them and whether they are better than the 2019 intake?

I suspect nobody knows. Presumably none were required to swear fealty to Johnson this time!

42 MPs were first elected before 2015, so almost none have experienced being in opposition.
26 are first timers.
Leaving 53 from 2015-2019.

General Elections in this country are won and lost on the centre ground. Lurching ever further to the right will only damage the Tories more. The only realistic chance of winning a future GE is to win the centrist vote back from Starmer.

3 complete and utter self serving cunts.

Our country is the last thing these 3 think. Self first, second and third.

I think Cameron has something to offer, if he puts his mind to it.
I will be surprised if Labour don't consult him for at least the first year, as he's been the Foreign Secretary.

I am equally intrigued to see how many times he shows up for anything else.

I agree but unless he does something really bad I'm not sure how they can do it. Starmer is as close to being a Tory wet as you can get unless he's lying. I would say it's also highly unlikely Labour could out scandal the Tories. They would also need Reform to dissappear.
