I like this thread. I'm always thinking when listening to a new tune if it's been covered. Latest one is "The Slightest Touch" Done by Steps, but the 5 Star original beats it by miles. Never seems to be mentioned though.

Big fan of Peter Green's original Blues Fleetwood Mac, another great talent wasted by drugs. I could never decide between their more bluesy version of "Manalishi or Judas Priest's Metal. Quite happy to listen to both. Great guitar solo
