I very much doubt even with the delayed game that we will be allowing fans back in by then even in small numbers.
I think the govt will be very cautious this time and will open things very slowly, schools, universities, etc and I can see fans at games being well down the priority list when you then Factor in the travelling/ overnight stays, likely drinking (even if pubs are closed cans will be supped by plenty) all of which will limit social distancing and potentially cause further spikes as everyone heads back to all four corners of the UK having mixed for a day or so.
Also even if by some miracle it was allowed tickets would likely only be sold to people in your household/bubble which would mean a lot of prople myself included would end up sat alone as wouldn't get allocated tickets with mates.
So for me it's a no.
