I would reckon Spurs might be a good bet or maybe West Ham. Both clubs are going to need to improve as they work towards growing into larger stadia. The thing is Moyes will need time to replicate the success he enjoyed at Everton, and for that to happen he'll need a chairman who is supremely loyal.

following the pisscan was always going to be the hardest job in football, bar none....an i am so happy that agent moyes got it.
