Anyway like most of you I was outraged after watching the Sunday Suppliment show, it spurned me on to email Rob and have a pop at him and the red top he writes for.
I always thought that Rob was a twit on screen just to be topical, but no he an even bigger twit in real life - Check out this sarastic patronising email from the toad:

Hi Rob,
Yesterday morning I watched the Sunday Supplement and I thought the comments you made about City were actually highly offensive, disrespectful and factually inaccurate – I’m happy for people to have opinions on Man City however the spiteful attack you aired on Sunday was nothing short of defamatory.
Several weeks ago I emailed your editor who was adamant that The Sun does not have an agenda against Man City; however after listening to your comments on Sunday I cannot help but feel that either you or your paper does have an agenda against my Club. You and the paper you represent have lost a lot of credibility in the eyes of Man City fans, to publish such personal anguish about a football club is highly unprofessional, you should be reporting on the facts and the facts are we as a club are moving forward.
I will be following this email with a formal complaint to the producers of the show.
I know it means little to you, but I will not be purchasing your paper whilst you continue to attack my club so outrageously and with such spite.
Kind regards,
Liam

Dear Liam.
Thanks for your e-mail.
I can promise you neither I nor The Sun have an anti-City agenda.
I just happen to know Mark Hughes, Eddie Niedzwiecki and Kevin Hitchcock well and like them a lot.
And I always try and stick up for my mates especially as I was stunned at the way they were treated by City.
You are quite rightly and naturally sticking up for your club.
Good on you.
But I think even the most ardent City fan would admit there have been some significant problems at the club in recent times and now you are back to being a BIG club you are getting more exposure.
The only way to avoid this is for City and their players to get their act together and behave with a bit of class and style or go back to being a yo-yo club forever in the shadow of the Reds down the road.
I'd go for the first option if I were you and the brilliant win at Fulham is a terrific start - just a shame that it was only Fulham.
C'mon the Blues.
Cheers
Rob Beasley
PS - I actually thought I gave United more of a battering on the show than City so surely that gets me some brownie points back!?
And I do care if you don't buy the paper - it's guys like you who keep us hacks on our toes.
My attitude i if I'm big and ugly enough to dish it out - I've got to be big and ugly enough to take it back
