Breaking Bad when they kill the little boy on the dirt bike. I was in the depths of a breakdown at the time and signed off work. My dad loaned me the box set to pass the time and I’ll never forget the day I watched that episode - I wound up under the emergency crisis team and never saw another episode.

Also Salem’s Lot when the vampire head pops up in the jail. I was just a young kid and they showed that clip on Points Of View and it gave me nightmares for many years. I still wrap the quilt around my neck when I go to bed!
