Great roundup Acton.

Like many others on here I'm waiting for the Collar Site and the Etihad Campus details to be revealed. That is the last piece of the jigsaw which will complete the area around the stadium.

Let's introduce a bit of perspective: they don't sell pies at the Minihad! We will have Paradise here at Beswick when they have pies in those 'refreshment kiosks'! And then, give or take a couple of strikers of world class ability, the Sheikh's work will be complete.

Great job but surely the following's not right?

I think it's the final phase of the expansion planned so far.

The roof on the corners between South stand and CB/East are temporary if I recall correctly and will only be there 25 years. So safe to say they are planning more expansion to those stands in the next 20 years or so, but who knows when?

North expansion would take us up to 60,000+ which is probably enough to accommodate the increase in demand in the immediate future.
