Ever thought that that might be the issue here? That if the Palace had nipped this shite in the bud way back in 2016 when Harry released his own statement about the treatment of his then girlfriend by certain sections of the press, we wouldn't now be in a situation where various cunts such as the Morgans, MacKenzies, and Clarksons of this world think they have carte blanche to spew ever-increasing levels of unwarranted vitriol in their direction? By doing fuck all and saying fuck all, the Palace are effectively playing the role of enabler in this whole fiasco. I'm not saying they're necessarily willing enablers but they're enablers all the same.

However, it's easy to be wise with hindsight.
The Palace very rarely comment on media pieces, and breaking that would be s significant move. My expectation is that the same things would be presented in a sneakier way. I'm not sure what the Palace are meant to be able to do - withdraw access, and be even more of a target (if Harry/Meghan are anything to go by).
