He’s talking about the fucking press there. Are you this thick? Most of the people on here disagreeing with the way she’s been treated have it in for the press, much more than the royal family. It’s the press who are the issue and I still can’t believe anyone would be defending them against Harry and Markke.

Christ we’ve seen it with the way our team, individual players are treated the majority of the time by the press and all call them out for it, once it’s someone you’re not particularly keen on you just can’t see the issue and I find that mind-blowing.

The sun and mail in particular should hang their collective heads in shame but I suppose at the end of the day both publications have got what they set out to achieve.

To be able to stand out on this thread is quite an achievement. I take my hat off to you.

It's not too hard to stay calm and swear, it's a Mancunian trait. When faced with what is republican fervour and moral cowardice I would say that swearing and insulting should be compulsory.

For all the heat the American revolutionaries get for being hypocritical, greedy, and human trafficking rapists; I respect that they realized they didn’t need to take lessons on morality from “royals”.

I guess as a professional journalist of 35 years' standing, I need you... a plumber, baker, call centre operative/whatever? to tell me how the media works. Thanks but I'll make up my own mind - and that doesn't mean being swayed by Clarkson's invective or the Markles' unilateral belly-aching. Both are making more money than you and I nailed together (and then some) and they wouldn't give a flying fuck about any one on this forum.

Who states that they give a fuck whatever I think about them? The whole point is you and others are criticising them for getting their side of the story out and pointing out how bullied they are in the press.

As for you working in journalism, so what, so do John Harrison and Chris Sutton….
