Anyone who’s been keeping up with the weekly stadium updates could see that it was never going to be ready for September. I don’t think it will be ready until Christmas time. Spurs have been very optimistic, shame for their fans.

If the game was switched to the Etihad and Spurs cover policing costs, I'd think we'd be happy with that.
