I knew Eric Haydock quite well when I lived in the UK

Vastly under rated band due to coming from Manchester / Salford and not Liverpuddle.
Some classic tunes from the lads though I think Graham Gouldman (who co-wrote ''The Boys In Blue'') was amongst the writers of songs for them.
To me, the Hollies will always have the classic line up including Clark, Nash and Haydock

pre-hollies, my uncle used to play as drummer with some of them, they were called the dark four back then

Used to live on Corkland Road in Chorlton.....played at Chorlton Railway Station as well if I remember correctly (along with a lot of other famous musicians)
