The Home Grown Rule?

Is it 5 in the CL & 7 in our premiership squads for the coming season?

Here's how things currently are as I see them. The only way I've been able to come up with the required number, is by including Rekik (Who I'm not at all sure is eligible)

Hart (Both)
Wright (Both)
Lampard (Both)
Boyata (Both)
Milner (Both)
Richards (Both)
Rekik? (Both-If Applicable)

Just wondering if I've missed anyone out, and how we would stand, as regards the rule, if Richards or Milner were to leave.

You've missed Clichy, but Rekik is u21. Boyata and Richards will probably make way for the CL squad.

Thanks for clearing things up cleavers. I was under the impression that we had to fill both of our quotas, if that's not the case then there are no worries
