The impact of VAR next season. Good for us. Terrible for Man Utd

Of course it was handball and VAR didn't hold anything up. It just gave the Spurs fans at the game a few seconds of misplaced hope that it may not be a pen. The PSG player against United, Otamendi against Schalke, Rose against us all penalties according to the rules for this year.

VAR reviews EVERY goal right, well, who scores the most goals? Us. It seems they are looking to disallow a goal at any opportunity they can. If we score 4, 5, 6 goals like we can , at 1-3 mins a review, plus injury time, some of our games are going to be 10-15 mins after the 90 has passed. If the opposition score 1 goal , only that goal gets reviewed, but we'll be looking at far more goals being reviewed as we score the most. More reviews more chance goals chalked off?

And how far back do they go, we have some moves that are 20, 30, 40 passes long before the goal, what if there is a slight foul after the first couple of passes.

Just imagine if VAR was in place for THAT Aguero goal, and VAR deemed it a foul/push by Lescott at the throw in earlier in the move.

VAR replays to be shown on screens at Premier League matches

Some decisions that go to the video assistant referee are to be shown on big screens in Premier League grounds.

Graphics will explain any VAR-related delay to a match, and any overturned decision, from next season.

Any video clip which helps explain an overturned decision will be broadcast, and they could potentially be viewed via an app on mobile phones.

Messages on scoreboards and PA announcements will be made at grounds which do not have giant screens.

How many times will the video feed go down when they are trying to justify a contentious or dare I say 'corrupt' decision?

Our 3 o'clock kick-offs will still be going at at half 5.
Half our crowd will be home had tea and be watching celebrity chase by the final whistle.

That is true. Just another set of eyes reviewing the material.

I hadn't thought about that. If the first set of eyes are biased, then why would a second set be any better. Good point!
Have u really only just thought about this now?
