Can you then explain how City are currently winning a lot but Pep has stated he told the team to stop running so much?

If the entire Barca team stopped running, then why can Messi also be held solely responsible for its demise?

It's about running smart, not running so much that it is clear to everyone you have flogged yourself for the cause.

Because City has never won the champions league is it as simple as that. Our players are hungry asf because they have a challenge. After 2 or 3 champions league it can not be the same hunger.

There are zero cons. If he doesn't perform, Pep won't play him until he can.

If the concern is how much his wages are gonna cost, I think Sheikh Mansour can afford it!
