If he doesn't play I think thats a massive sign. if he does frankly it doesn't mean a lot. Clarence Seedorf was on Soccer AM earlier he was fairly cool and played a straight bat. I'm fairly sure most times in similar situations team mates tend to say that "he's going nowhere".

An interesting thing that I take from the website is that they post two other stories (one about De Rossi of Roma, one about Buffon of Juve) which involve large Italian clubs of similar stature to Milan who would find it impossible to say no to Manchester Citys offer for their no#2 flagship player (to Totti & Del Piero, just as Kaka is at Milan to Maldini).

This seems to me like a ready-made Berlusconi 'get-out' / 'excuse' for selling him.
