I think Jimmy is more effective playing centrally.

And I would have Mario as the centre forward with Kun playing just behind him and Merlin and Pizarro / Nasri / AJ supporting them.

Yep, would give Milner a bit of a free role in fact, to move wide when needed.
The Nasri/Balo swap would be Balo coming into make it a 4-4-2 for sure..
