Are very winnable...

Wigan @ Home 17th Jan - Should be taking all 3 points, Prob would go for 2-0

Newcaslte @ Home 28th Jan - Again at Home should go for all 3 points. 3-1

Stoke away 31st Jan - May be a Bannana skin knowing City, But still Should be beating them. 0-1

Boro @ Home 7th Feb - Like Wigan and N'Castle should be winning comfortably. 2-0

12 Points would take us easily into the top half of table with how tight it is at the moment.

If we aren't looking for Maximum points in these four there is a problem!

its all very well saying that, but middlesbrough away was winnable, west brom away was winnable, bolton away was winnable, everton at home was winnable etc etc.....

Wigan are in form. They've won something like 5 in a row at home. Wish we'd win 5 at home!!!

Away games are always a potential slip up i.e. Stoke. But 3 of these games are at home i will be very disappointed if we drop points, especially at home to these teams in and around us

We had a 1-0 about 3 seasons ago, but apart from that, we usually end up as one of their lucky charms.

I thought Bruce completely out-managed Hughes at theirs this season. He had his gameplan of getting into our faces for the full 90 mins, forcing us into error after error, and we had no answers.

But i did like the pies there!!!

That's 4 games not 3. I reckon 8 to 12 points would be acceptable.

i would be seriously pleasantly surprised if we got anything form stoke. they beat arsenal at home, drew with liverpool at home and were VERY unlucky to lose to united at home too.

Agreed all win-able!

The only concern I have is Stoke away as i'm doing Fanzone for it and begining to think I'm a bit of a jinx this season ! (3 losses 1 Draw)

Don't blame me if we lose though ;-) ......

LOL o yeah...well i meant 4 :-)

Without Superman and possibly SWP, we would do extremely well to hold Wigan to a draw. We should be able to beat either Newcastle or Boro at home. No chance away at Stoke. My prediction is 1win-2draws-1loss=5pts...unless we get a big signing soon.

Wigan is playing really well at the minute there the in form team in the prem and we can never beat them, they really seem up for it when they play city.

I think we will beat newcastle 4-0.

And we will narrowly beat stoke 1-0, there a tough side to beat at the brittania, but we should have enough in the locker to beat them.

I think 9 points is the minimum that we should get but realisitically with the injuries plus absolutely horrendous form, 4 points might be all we get.

But may I pray for all 12?!?!?! Please God make Hughes a tactical genius overnight, give him the ability to win games that we have no business winning and dominate those that we have a relative chance of taking. That is my prayer hopefully it will be answered.

question is, is there a God in all the mythos of the world truly THAT powerful!

maybe this is just the time for us to play Wigan ! we always seem to go into the game thinking
"its only wigan we should dick them 8 times out of 10" however in there current form I think we are all a little pessimistic and realise we would have to be right up for this one, lets hope the team do as well and maybe the roles can be reversed for a change, Im sure they are feeling confident about facing us at the moment with our current form and players missing. I'll go for a 3-1 win for us (shit Im doing it again, but it is only wigan lol)

I've been optemistic over every 'easy' looking run of games we've had all season, not now though. 4 easy looking games means we'll probably win one, draw one and lose two. That is of course unless Hughes gets sacked, then I firmly believe we'll start winning the majority of our easy games from now until the end of the season.
