The Number 23

I know this is a pretty random question to ask but anyway I'm currently hammering FIFA 11 and bought Hulk from Porto, anyway when he signed he was given the number 23 shirt and as soon as I noticed I changed it to 30.

I've just kind of clocked that I do this with every football game from FIFA and Pro to Champ and Footie Manager I avoid using the number 23 was wondering if anyone does the same? My rag mates think am sad for doing it so was wondering if I was on my own.

i always do when i'm putting new squad numbers in for a new championship manager season

12 - The Fans
13 - I'm a tad supersticious
23 - Of course, Foe

yeah ya rite think they introduced that on the 09 game I always wondered why it wasn't retired in the first 2 versions

Same here.

I hated FIFA 09 where you couldn't change the numbers yourself, always had City players as 23, ended up not playin em.

I never use the number 23 on football games, really annoys me when players are given it as default.
