The obsession with other teams raising their game against us.

Every week this raises it's head. We were their cup final, played out of their skin against us or whatever, Truth is rarely if ever is this the case. We were rank bad against most of these teams, or poorly prepared. Every team in the division needs to be given they respect they deserve, any hint of arrogance or self righteousness will be punished. far too often we are depending on other teams to do us favours. Next week we have spuds, we need to make a real statement in that game and send them packing.

It really is becoming tedious seeing those kinds of posts. All the lower placed teams apparently lie down for our opponents and defend for their lives against us.

I see it as a compliment that other teams raise their own game to another level to play us....what we need to do is go that level higher which under Pep we will achieve
