Whos going ? Wasnt really too bothered about going to see anything tbh, missed the commonwealths in 02 due to the mrs being due at the time, now its nearly upon us im thinking maybe i should take the kids to a few events etc home olympics chance of a lifetime, just thought id see what my fellow bluemooners plans and thoughts are.........

I got tickets to the Team GB vs. Senegal game at Old Trafford. Uruguay vs. UAE is on before it, should be a decent game as Uruguay always take the Olympic football seriously.

Because the tickets went on sale in May, when a student is at his poorest I couldn't afford to apply for any of the athletics or basketball down in London. Really wanted to see the basketball.

I'd take the kids to something, anything really, just for the memories and the" back when I was 10" stories they can tell 40 years from now.

I thought all GB's games were at Wembley?

Even though it's at OT can't complain with £20 a ticket to watch Brazil v Belarus. Taking my 6 year old. Looking forward to seeing Neymar myself. Was hoping to get down to the big smoke to see a few events but don't think can afford it.

I did a few of the test events and I now have tickets for 8 events in the Olympics, although 3 are at Wembley. Then it is opening ceremony for the Paralympics and 8 Paralympic events, a trip up the Orbit then finishing off with the closing ceremony.

There are still plenty of Paralympic tickets available at cheap prices and hotels aren't at rip off levels as they are in the main Olympics.
Especially good are the Olympic Park day passes which lets you see various events, but you can also get to see athletics for £20 or swimming for £10.
