Pat fuckin' Karney has approved and overseen more Piccadilly facelifts than Michael Jackson, Pete Burns and Katie Price put together. He's been an elected councillor for 43 years. The prick has stolen a living.

And anytime you see or hear a councillor stating ''we will be consulting with the public'' is a bullshitter.
''Consulted'' means ''told''.

Getting the 216 from Piccadilly is like being in a zombie film.See much of him round your way do you?
Elected:-
choose (someone) to hold public office or some other position by voting.
"he was elected as councillor".
Makes me laugh when folk are whining about Piccadilly gardens and town. Town is unrecognisable from how it used to be, for the better, do you really think that if the gardens were the same as they were in the 80's pretty rose bushes and all, that the current society would not have ripped it to shreds? It's not the place that's the problem, it's the fuckwits it attracts, maybe if you lived round here and could see it with your own eyes you might have a more informed opinion
Yep and it's all because the council dug up a couple of rose bushesGetting the 216 from Piccadilly is like being in a zombie film.
You think the Berlin Wall in the gardens was a good idea?Yep and it's all because the council dug up a couple of rose bushes
Of course he was elected, though there are parts of Manchester that would vote for a goldfish if it was standing for Labour.See much of him round your way do you?
