The question on everyone’s lips for you Early Leavers

Well the title was tounge in cheek, but some people, including myself are curious if the strange breed that is the early leaver is going to give up potentially another 10 minutes of watching the best club side in world football every other week.

And at the risk of opening up a whole new conversation, the obsession for some comes from people taking the piss about empty seats - a lot of that comes from people coming and going early, late or not at all in the past. I know some people are hyper-sensitive about their right to do just that, but that’s my opinion.
You must have known that this topic has been done to death and all it does is to start arguments. Just didn't see the need to rake over old coals

I am an occasional attendee these days having done 40 years more or less full on up to 2012. Probably count 9 or 10 occasions leaving before the final whistle due to having to attend other functions later. Could never understand people paying their hard earned and often missing the drama and tension of the closing stages.

Akin to leaving the cinema 10 minutes before the end or flying home from a holiday abroad 2 days early!

i`m still leaving for the tram at 72 minutes and no amount of injury time is going to deter me.

What time do the early leavers head for the exits now we have new regulations in place for injury time?

I’m going for an unchanged constant stream from 75 minutes. Our early leavers are probably the best in the business - completely dedicated to the cause. In the past they’ve not let the signing of superstars, title battles or critical late winners and equalisers get in the way of their battle with the traffic, so no way are they going to let a little rule change change their match day rituals.

And let’s face it, there’s absolutely no way they’re going to risk getting their arses kicked for missing the first 10 minutes of Ant and Dec.

I’m happy for you mate. things must be going really well in your life if this is something you are thinking/bothered about

this is probably the last thing I thought this thread could’ve been about ha

I know everyone can leave when they choose to but if you're sat right next to an aisle and have your view blocked for around ten minutes in dribs and drabs while they do it it doesn't half get on your thruppeny bits. Almost as bad as the short cutters.

Does the 72 minutes include the 8 minutes extra at half time? If not, you might need to go on 64 mins.

How much injury time at the end of the first half would mean you could have an extra pint at halftime?
