What's your point, there was a published plan before 2014, there was a report commisioned in 2016.Obviously these will need updating to take into consideration Brexit, I assume that is,/ will be done. The fact it isn't published yet doesn't mean there isn't one.

It really does. Scotland has a plan from 2014 which is based on a reality that was before Brexit which is the very rationale for leaving. It’s romantic I get it but honestly mate they need something more than that.

Your original point was it’s like Brexit, no plan . It’s far from like Brexit, Brexit had no plan because none of the leaders that supported Brexit were going to be the ones to implement it so didn’t need to have a plan. The SNP will need to show how it will work, they did last time,that plan was rejected there will be a plan that plan will be published. Whether you, me or anyone on bluemoon think it’s a good plan is neither here nor there. Whether you think they’ll need more remains to be seen if and when that plan is seen and voted on.
Your original point that there was no plan and will be no plan is simply wrong.

That’s just daft. It’s a bit like the Tories regularly accusing Labour of not having a detailed plan to run the country when they’re the opposition whose job is to hold the government to account.

If there’s a referendum next year the plan will presumably be issued in time for the campaign just like a manifesto is issued in the run up to a general election.

In the meantime the 2014 plan is probably a reasonable indication.
