We beat brum sunday, 4 points infront of spuds till they play arsenal on the wednesday, arsenal can win, say they do that still 4 infront,

wekk after, chelsea beat spuds, we beat the scum (us 12.45, spuds 5.30, pressure on them again), that's 7 points, then spuds play the scum at OT, we beat arsenal and the scum beat spuds that's 10 points, it's ours.

i know it's 'if' and 'buts', but just looking at a possible run in that could happen,

spuds are known for falling flat on their faces against the big boys, not all the time but most of it, win against brum and the pressure on spuds is huge.

and Liverpool...

not arsed about them.
 
arsenal will beat us as will united. What im banking on is chelsea, united & arsenall all taking points from spurs.

i am with freestyler. we are a class act and getting better and better. dont see why we cant do the scum. 1 game at a time though
 
With the scum being pushed by Chelsea, and us fighting for 4th I can see the next derby being more tense than the CC semis. But without a fit Rooney hopefully.
 
And we could hand Chelsea the title by us beating the scum and them beating spuds beautiful in it.
 
Don't rule out liverpool, but if they don't win tomorrow vs brum I think they're out of the race for fourth
 
Couldn't care less, its in our hands. We need to be looking for a win in every game we play.
 
so basically your saying we can't win at home to brum and the scum?

both games we can win, and arsenal is, they have an injury list as long as our scoresheet today and it's a game where no team parks the bus.

open game with proper football, ade will be up for it to, i don't see no reason why we can't beat brum, scum and arsenal.

arsenal is the hardest game from the 3 imo, won't be easy but it's winnable, wolves had them today until the 94th minute.

never say never.

Ridiculous, ill informed pissed up Rag opinion. Anything could happen against the Rags and also against the Gunners, in fact I fancy us for a win at the Emirates with their injuries. Especially if Ade gets the fire in his belly.
 
1 game at a time please, dont confuse yourself in excitement of what we could, should and might do over a series of games.
 
Arsenal are without Gallas, Fabregas etc.
Scum are without Rooney or are with a unfit Rooney.

We will not lose both.

Man City have it really hard from now on.Every game is tough and going to west ham at the end could be a real problem is they are fighting for survival on the last day.Of course hull could cause us the same problems but i think west ham with c cole getting fitter every game will still be in a fight while hull will already be down.



What he fails to see in his irish logic is that if Hull are already down - as he is suggesting - then WHU will be safe and nowt to play for as well !! as no one can see Pompey and Burnley overtaking WHU
 
If we can beat Chelsea at stamford bridge we have a very good chance of beating Arsenal
