This is why New Order were just far more important and so far ahead of their time, in comparison to everyone else. They refused to go on TOTP unless they were allowed to play live. Not just sing live, but trying to get synths to sync with each other live as well. Their performance was legendary and absolutely terrible at the same time. It looks and sounds abysmal, but they stuck to their guns and played live.

Looks and sounds absolutely colossal in my opinion.

My first thought was oh hello is there a third coming in the offing, ridiculous I know but I like to dream.
Then I thought what the fuck are they playing at, the band split up for good, covid has put the kibosh on everything, why the funk has their website, which was shite beforehand, suddenly sprang into life and started selling all the merch?

Another email from the stone roses website saying new merchandise on sale.
Why?
I love the band and the music but talk about flogging a dead horse.

Having said that there are rumours saying they've all got together again but surely it's not happening again?

Nothing surprises me any more.
