Interesting article and a mindset that you could apply to a lot of footballers. Key for me in all this is that you score four goals (against spurs) and get dropped for the next game. That's got to affect you mentally for sure. I'm all for rotation, but not when somebody is on fire!

A very good article.
Who'd be a manager - leave him in all the time, and have no one else match fit in his place, or rotate? Hopefully, Edin will get used to it. He has absolutely everything in his locker, and, if he turns into the 20+ a season goal scorer that he looks like becoming, we can't complain...... but no doubt several will.

Whether you LOVE or HATE Dzeko (which seem to be two strong currents on here) - this is "IT".

The article is spot on.
I've been watching the Kid for a lot longer than most on here, and this sums up his career at City so far.

Worth the money? Yes.
Good player? Yes.
Depends on confidence and therefore occassionally stinks the place up? Yes.
Is a part of City's current success? Hell yes.

I believe he will overcome the rotation problem, which is affecting more his ego than physical capability - and then he'll be even more lethal.
