They’ve brought shame on the club name, they’ve gone right down in many fans’ estimations. This will take a long time to repair trust with the fans.

But it's not the fault of Pep and the players who probably lobbied strongly against it behind closed doors. As an organisation we do seem to have a history of PR blunders not to mention our feeble IT security.
