As I said they will have a manager who would love to help Liverpool win the title and a bunch of players who probably would love to show Grealish up

Gerrard as a player would have loved Liverpool to win the title but couldn't manage it. Not sure why you think as a manager he'll have more impact. Pep is a manager who would love City to win the title and a bunch of players who would love to win the league, including Grealish.

Former loyalties make no difference on Sunday. That's a line the media will plug. We lined up against Barton, SWP and Nedum when we played QPR. As well as Mark Hughes. They didn't do us any favours. Unless...it was all planned wasn't it!

He tried his best!

That doesn't mean we bottled it.

No team wins every game but only City get accused of "bottling it" every time we don't. Which considering we're one game away from winning a fourth title in five years with another +90 point season makes it an even more weird accusation.

We're the antithesis of bottlers.
Exactly this. When city go out in the UCL its called a "failure". Every other team just gets "knocked out".

I don’t recall Mourinho being lambasted for not winning a CL with Chelsea. Everyone was just quite rightly amazed at his 95 points and great defensive record.

Do you want Southampton to beat Liverpool and the Etihad match vs Villa means nothing, or would you prefer it goes to the last game, with all the uncertainty of our patched up back line?

Saints to win as the press have them rolling over. Be a nice kick in the teeth. still think we' hammer Villa regardless.

I want Southampton to beat Liverpool, but they won't, so we'll have to win it against Villa.

a draw tomorrow would be nice so that would allow us to win the title with a draw on Sunday. Don't think Soton will bend over but I expect Liverpool to win, most likely with a jammy second half goal, 2-1.

Saints to win and Villa forced to give the Guard of Honor - with hopefully Jack in the starting XI !

but we know we can't depend on others especially saints
