Good point. That's spring is it not?
I'd love the last game to be a dead rubber and a trophy presentation.
I booked a hotel in town for the night a few months ago as I did last year as driving home to the coast after winning the league isn't the way forward when there'slots of beer to drink.
I meant we gained a 2pt advantage, but you are correct on the GD. My apologies.3 points and a 5 goal swing mate.

We'll hopefully still have 2 cup finals to play, if it's a 'comfy' game it'll make those a little easier for the players not having to put 110% into the game.Nah. As someone who's coming up for it, I want the sheer adrenalin fix of QPR and Villa! (Although I suspect I'm trading in a few months to a year off my life every time that happens…)
;-)
This was the trail to the main news where Liverpool losing was one of the headlines.Really? They’re usually very careful not to give the results away.
EDIT: unless you mean the person doing the sports section on the news?
Certainly not Liverpool's.They've both had 8 months to create an unassailable lead in a season when City have clearly not been at full throttle.
Who's fault is that?
Robbie loves it when Arsenal lose.Good post. I watched a bit of Arsenal Fan TV after their loss to Villa and the sense of defeatism was rife. Only the main guy Robbie seemed to have any hope - the rest were a bunch of cowardly conceders. If our players down the years had that attitude we would still be a Championship club.
I stayed to the end against Gillingham and was rewarded - learnt a big lesson that day as did many other City fans.
The SAS'.They've both had 8 months to create an unassailable lead in a season when City have clearly not been at full throttle.

They both play twice before we play Brighton. If we’re still top when we play Brighton then it’s pretty much done and dusted!a fabulous weekend in the title hunt, one i absolutely did not expect!!
if, by the Brighton game, we're some how still top then i'll start to get confident, but for now i am assuming more twists and turns and surely they'll both pick up 3+ points in their next 2 games? but, there are plenty of seeds of doubt around now.... which is great for us.
i'm still of the belief we have one more league defeat in us. No decent logic to that, and i'm looking at you spurs, it's just something i cant seem to shake.
yeah , my natural pessimism translates that as "more confident" :DThey both play twice before we play Brighton. If we’re still top when we play Brighton then it’s pretty much done and dusted!
No you're not. This season is like the others,IF we are to win the title the sooner the better.Am I being greedy wanting more points from them dropped so our game at Spurs is meaningless
