Out of order from lloris and not AVB if that's true

not really, you don't buy Lloris and stick him on the bench, and I sincerely doubt that Lloris would have dreamt of moving to Spurs if it wasn't to be #1.

I don't think Lloris was eligible to play at the weekend anyway. Lloris is in the wrong here. If he went to the club expecting to be number one when there are three good-quality keepers there already, I struggle to see how you can blame AVB for that. It's a problem with Lloris' mentality, surely?

unless AVB has backtracked on a promise.

I very highly doubt it was AVB who negotiated the transfer and spoke to Lloris concerning joining Spurs.

Doesn't have to negotiate the deal to have talked to him.

He hasn't said he's gonna stick him on the bench. Just says he will have to fight for his place, and rightly so. Lloris is expected to be number 1 but he should also expect to work for it and not have everything handed to him on a plate

Lloris should be saying is that he'll fight for his place instead of spitting his dummy out

Taking his lead from Daniel two-faced Levy, no doubt

not very clever thing to say by Deschamps
Agreed. He should have kept his mouth shut.

Spot on. Lloris came thinking the first choice 'keeper's spot was his. Wrong attitude. What's that old saying about possession being nine tenths of the law? Well; Friedel has possession of the shirt, and produced an outstanding display against Norwich. He single-handedly won Spurs a point. It'd be farcical if he was dropped after that.

Lloris didn't say anything(to my knowledge). It is Deschamps who's voicing his opinion. He's trying to look out for his own interests. Lloris is his #1 GK and Deschamps is probably concerned about Lloris not being his club team's #1.

It is the wrong move for Lloris to make at this stage of his career. Brad Friedal will not be giving up the No1 spot just yet.

Speaking at their base in Clairefontaine, Deschamps, in comments reported by L'Equipe, said: "Hugo has not appreciated the statements of his coach.''

Now, if Lloris did indeed say nothing, how does Deschamps know that he (Lloris) is unhappy with/not appreciated the statements of his coach? Unless of course Deschamps is being economical with the truth, which is perfectly possible, I guess.

Lloris is a top notch keeper, Only a matter of time before he gets the Number 1 jacket.

It will be interesting on how he handles Stoke and Everton. An excellent shot stopper, but doesn't seem to have the presence needed to succeed in England.

How no other club than tottenham bid for him is a mystery for me . for £8m , things can't go much wrong much , definitely levy's work
