Yeah Lukaku definitely not happening.

Am starting to wonder whether it'll be Defoe with VDV in behind him at St. James....

Defoe up front alone isn't the worst case scenario as long as he's on his game. Even in the admittedly painful 3-2 at your place he was causing problems, chasing everything down and as long as he's in that form it could be okay, but I think as it's so obvious we're in desperate need of a striker we are probably being held to ransom, which I can understand from a opposing clubs point of view. It's amazing that we still haven't sorted out our striker situation, four years since Berba and we're no closer to fixing that problem as we were with Frazier fucking Campbell.

really? When it was common knowledge that avb didn't rate him and practically ignored him at Chelsea?

I said a strange feeling, they said he's staying in London on loan with a EPL team and he wouldn't be going to Fulham, maybe QPR, can't see WHU, that's why I felt it might be Spurs.

Cheers Carlos, I've been on there before, it's full of complete bell ends. Do they not have a main forum like normal clubs? All I seem to find are lots of small ones.

I'm sure I tried registering on coys a few years ago, and they ask you questions about Spurs history before you can be accepted. I could be wrong because my memory is shite but I'm sure it was coys.
I didn't even bother trying to google the answers, it was all a bit "this is a local shop for local people" and tbh if they are so blinkered to only want posters who tow the party line, then fuck em.
