Even if you started the season with that team it would be weaker than the one United/City/Chelsea have at the moment. It also does not sort out your defense. I think that line up lacks a bit of balance to. The right side lacks a physical presence and there is not enough guile.

Reserve defender Grant Hall (signed from Brighton & Hove Albion last summer) and midfielder Massimo Luongo will spend the 2013-14 season on loan to Swindon Town.
