Really enjoyed doing them and would do more. Tho being on live Tele on a Saturday night about 730 knowing everyone in the pub wants you to say summat stupid is nerve wracking!

I did say I blamed the parents for not giving her a start, but, she’s an adult now. Vacuous and happy to be so.

I would fucking skate it. I have sons and learned all their shit. No excuse for the girls level of ignorance. I mean she probably didn’t Fucking know humanity had been on the moon.

Anyway, I did say part of the problem was me and my mental health issues. Still, what a stupid **** she was. :)

The point of the thread Karen isn’t that she was thick, but that she applied to go in a show to let the world know.
 
A guy from my town went on 15 to 1. His knowledge was amazing. He won the grand final. But how come such a guy lived all his life on benefits? What a waste.

I sympathise Mr Pole, it drives me crazy too, why go on a show like The Chase if your general knowledge is shite ? it doesnt make any sense, the bit where you get 3 choices they just guess every one "just a guess Bwadleee" jammy twats seem to get it right, and they always go for the low offer infuriating their team.

I always think each player should get what they earned individually if the team wins.

Anyway here's Beastie on The Chase Oz getting a record

She didn’t know who Tommy Cooper was. Never heard of Buzz Aldrin, and many many more things, only a **** living in a cave for his whole life wouldn’t know. And even then he would probably guess one right.

Am I alone in wanting these people dead, or do you have sympathy for the Cunts who volunteer to go on these shows, without a brain cell operating at even half capacity?

Everyone is a winner in todays world, crashing and burning is impossible with the layers of safety nets in place, and the meritocracy getting it's face kicked in in the cupboard.
 
Watched the Chase once & a guy from Preston was on. Was asked what City you were from if you were a Manc. Answer - "Macclesfield".

My friend & I applied for pointless. Had to fill in a questionnaire on your interests etc along with a 50 page multiple choice quiz. We both filled it in & got a reply which basically said we were a bit too intelligent & suggested we try to get on another show which had no prize money. More down to my friend than me I must say.
 
Watched countdown the other week and some utter numpty was on zero points going into the final numbers round. He was getting 3’s and 4’s on every letters game and nowhere on the numbers. On the last numbers game they basically gave him the 10 points as the target was something like 205 and he had a 100, 2 and a 5.

Not sure if it was a piss take or he was genuinely that thick.

Favorite ever family fortunes question has to be ‘what’s the most dangerous race in Britain?’. That and the south park sketch crack me up every time.

Think it was also Family Fortunes and someone was asked "can you name a type of fish" to which they answered "fillet 'o' fish".
