alright... in light of our new centre half crisis, which by the way is typical city at it's near best, i thought i'd create a thread dedicated to that infamous title for a bit of fun.

i'll start with this game, i just remember my grandad shouting "you jammy bastards!!" at bolton all the way through...

I still get upset/nervous when QPR's second goes in. I still find it hard to believe we won that. I swear you'll never see anything like that ever again! :)

Same here. I collapsed in to my chair. The first time I have seen so many people sat down in the south stand. Horrific.

That Bolton game was just ridiculous. We absolutely pummelled them and I genuinely have no idea how we lost. Think we hit the woodwork 6 times.

I always thought typical City covered both ends of the spectrum - coming back from 3 down with 10 men against Spurs in the Cup was typical City, as was the Gillingham play-off match. To me typical City was putting the fans through an emotional wringer whether the final outcome was good or bad.

That QPR game was possibly the ultimate example of typical City.
