The ultimate 'TOLD YOU SO' thread ! (With YOUR help)

I'd like to get a thread that has LINKS to press articles where someone has stated that we would NOT win the league (Even if we're not sure if the press quoted them exactly ... we know what the press are like).

Remember all those associated with United that their media machine seemed to wheel out on a daily basis over the last few weeks.

Ideally don't just want a list of names (a la "your boys took a beating"), but want to be able to re-read all those great quotes stating we wouldn't win the league.

I really wanted to make a video of this, all the various headlines and press conferences. Just a bit more of a season review with extra emphasis on us bottling it at the end. Shame I'm not still a student as that's about the only time I think I'd get enough free time to do it mind.

Beckham's comments so early in the season just belie an arrogance and a belief that ManUre have a god given right to win the league. Maybe he got it from Slur Alex and his "not in my lifetime" remark. Either way it's nice to prove them wrong. I just await the, "I was so wrong about Manchester City, they really are worthy winners" article......
