Any Irish recommendations? I've a relative traveling from Ireland offering to bring a bottle over. Red Breast ? Teeling? Or am I overlooking something finer?

Can’t go wrong with either. A ten, twelve, twenty one year old Redbreast. Superb.
I love Teelings. As has been recommended in here, the small batch rum cask is not overly expensive but beautifully smooth.
Midleton. Really good.

Drumshanbo is relatively new to whiskey but I’ve tasted it and it’s good.
Same with Roe.

Knappogue Castle 12 year old. Triple distilled and smooth

Mentioned it already alongside some of the other good recommendations on here; but because I am biased, Clonakilty Whiskey from my hometown is good, especially the Port Cask version. Very smooth. It's pretty expensive though. Well it is over here in the USA anyway...
