Any surprise omissions from the World Cup squads? I was quite surprised to see Benzema missing from the French side - poor season or not I think he would have done a job for a weak looking French outfit. I saw this article about the best players who haven't made the World Cup the other day and thought it was pretty accurate.

The other thing is will Tevez make the grade? He's been sensational for City this season but is down the pecking order with Argentina. He's in the initial 30 - but will he survive the cut?
