smoking, gave up over 3 years ago at the 5th attempt and went through a ridiculous Mr Angry stage whilst giving up, i actually picked somebody up and pinned them to a wall by their throat for just saying i was shit at pool after i'd won. still have cravings now.

Smoking.
Quite fancy giving up or cutting down but I also smoke other stuff and think it'd be hard to cut out the fags whilst continuing the other stuff.
I've managed to cut down here and there in the past but nothing major.
I always used to say I'd jack it in once I was a father to be but I'm hoping that my quitting comes before then!

i also used to smoke the other stuff, everyday in fact, i stopped it all when my wife became pregnant, its not easy but do-able if you want it enough.TheMightyQuinn said:Smoking.

Yeah, I need a motivation, a big one, my gf wouldn't be too chuffed if I got her pregnant just so I could stop though :)
I cut down from 7 days a week to 4 earlier this year lol
