Anyone know how they're doing? Seems like we haven't sold out if we're letting people in for a tenner.

Only a couple of thousand .It is a great Idea it will encorage non regulars to attend

its a good idea but they have gone about it the wrong way imo

yes the attendance will be higher than it would otherwise be because of this, however i (and presumeably some others) bought a ticket for east stand level 3 within the last 4 days, mine cost £31, i dont see how it can be fair for me to be charged that and others £10 to sit in the same stand?!

That's what I was thinking.

The attendance will only be higher if they promote the arse out of it all day today in the local press

If they don't do that all that happens is they lose revenue.

and a bit of goodwill from the likes of me who paid thirty odd quid yesterday.

its a good idea but they have gone about it the wrong way imo.I would be a bit pissed of myself if i had bought Tickets £20 dearer .But at least the place will be full & City will have to rethink there ticket policy as it is not in there intrest to piss loyal fans off

yes it will be full (fuller), i just hope next time they do this they dont leave it till the last minute to announce these tickets as if this happens to me again i really wont be happy!

its a good idea to tempt the strayers back into the fold.
but i hope the club are going to something for the 36,000 season ticket holders
that stump up the readies at the start of the season( i know not all do it at the start but you get my drift)

BTW - will you need an accesscard or Citycard ?

cheers

good incentive by the club but I would be pissed right off if I had paid full price (£30-£40?) for a ticket in the 3rd tier when I could have got one today for £10!

This might actually put people off buying for future games if they think prices will drop just before the game
