Fairly apt for PeterboroughCathedral shitty
The McShitMany years ago after a night on the piss followed by a Ruby, my mate and I were walking through the sunny streets of Peterborough and I got a crazy dose of Gandhi's revenge. I knew there were some shitters in the Cathedral Square and I took off at a run, ran down the stairs and there wasn't one usable toilet out of four, all vandalised beyond repair. I thought I was done but ran upstairs and McDonalds were just opening. I ran through the door and even though the bathroom was officially closed I ran in and had one of the most beautiful dumps of all time

How illuminatingIncandescent torches/flashlights.
I'm a bit of a flashlight nerd, so I've seen the dramatic change in flashlights over the last 10/15 years.
Now a 4" long digital flashlight fitted with rechargeable lithium batteries can put out 800/1000 lumens.
Which will throw a beam out to 350 yards, or completely light up a pitch black room.
So the old incandescent lights are next to useless in comparison.
LED's have changed the game in bicycle lighting. There was a brief period where HID lights were the thing but know LED's rule the roost. I do quite a bit of nocturnal mountain biking and some of the fun has gone out of it as the new lights are so powerful.Incandescent torches/flashlights.
