Download tapatalk and use forum through that it does cost about £1.99 though but is alot more user friendly than zooming in on everything.

Not sure how to prevent it popping up each time through the browser.

Go to your Settings , tap "Safari" and toggle the switch beside "Block Pop-Ups" to the "On" position. Get Tapatalk its great for forums like this.
