I'm working on a contract at the moment with little else to do meantime but the radio! So I'm stuck with this. I know I shouldn't take any notice, but I felt compelled to write, makes me feel a lot better:


Dear Talksport editors

We City fans don’t mind honest criticism. What gets us is the extreme ignorance of the presenters, almost without exception, about all things City. There is no-one that FOLLOWS the club at all, so they don’t get the information they do about their favourites, like Spurs and especially Chelsea. The most guilty are Cundy and Alvin Martin last night, but also the 2 clowns before them, and Micky Quinn. Alan Brazil is quite balanced strangely.

After years of saying we wont get any players, we’ll never get top 4 etc etc, we are now at a position, in quite a short time, to challenge for the league.

Wages
They completely make things up. Cundy was babbling about £90M package yesterday. When Adebayor signed they were outraged at 125 grand a week, now they have upped that to 175, strangely. Random.

Team Spirit
It is blindingly obvious that players who are detrimental have been moved aside, and also obvious to any observers that the team had a great spirit in the last 3 months. Yet these idiots keep shouting ‘no team spirit’. They hope.

Don’t like the way Mancini plays
Another classic. Based wholly on a 0-0 away at Arsenal. How many of them watched the demolitions of Fulham (away) or Sunderland? How many remember some of the sublime moves the team made last season. Totally discounted.

Chelsea way ahead
No-one at Talksport seems to know that City and Chelsea finished equal on points. Cundy keeps babbling about how far ahead ‘Chelsea and Man Utd are’. It is obvious to anyone but a complete idiot that City are improving year on year, but these fools just keep saying we’ll be fighting for 4th or something. They are just hoping against hope.
