Eureka. We actually agree on something.
That's not due process. Perhaps you might be more comfortable in the PRC or Putin's Russia.

they're currently locked until the trial thank god. This really should result in 25 years in prison (it won't).Saw that flash up on the news app this morning but didn’t look into it.
This happened last Thursday. He was seen on court on Saturday, so presumably a couple of nights in the cells and is now out free until February 7th.
Pissed up. High on whatever and the result is a little baby is dead.
Fucking awful.
I give up. I thought it was too good to be true that you may be talking sense for the first time. That's not due process. Perhaps you might be more comfortable in the PRC or Putin's Russia.
Would you deny anybody threatened with deportation the right to legal aid ?I give up. I thought it was too good to be true that you may be talking sense for the first time.
The drug dealers, who seem to operate with increasing impunity, and with a degree of acceptance by significant members of society / community, might be pleased.I'd propose the death penalty, only the more liberal minded on here would be all around me, like a swarm of locusts. So I won't. I will ask the one question, though, before bailing out of the thread; what purpose will it serve, releasing him back into the community once he's done his time? What addition will he be to the community?
Initially I included that but removed it. It does look highly likely.
What do you have to do these days to actually get kept in on remand?
Life he should get“Six-month-old girl killed in Tenby multi-storey car park crash”
“MFlaviu Naghi, aged 33, from Wigan, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, driving without a licence and without insurance. He was also arrested on suspicion of drink driving and drug driving and has been released on bail for these offences”
It makes my fucking blood boil!!!!
Piece of shit!
Poor family
Well yes. I am sure there will be solicitors out there that will defend them on a no win no fee basis. There will be a reason they are being deported or extradited so if they are innocent, go and clear your name and then enter the UK appeals process, or application basis, from the country you are sent back to. Quite simple really.Would you deny anybody threatened with deportation the right to legal aid ?
What about extradition ?
So you'd be happy for one of your children to be murdered by the state if he/she did a similar thing?I'd propose the death penalty, only the more liberal minded on here would be all around me, like a swarm of locusts.
