Ticket Exchange Refunds

Anybody had any money back from the Southampton game, sold some family tickets on there, and had the email 2 weeks ago, but still no money.

Southampton and Chelsea money came in overnight

Couldn't make any of the Christmas/New Year games so put mine and son's tickets on ticket exchange and have already received refunds for all three, so seems to be working fine now. And also had a cheery email today thanking me for doing it and saying how happy I've made the supporters who bought the seats. Which was nice.
